Accommodation
The Woodlarks Centre offers 22 spacious bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. Each room comes equipped with a bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers but residents can if they wish, bring their own furniture. In addition, they are able to decorate the room with their personal belongings. The Woodlarks Centre is very much ‘home’ to our residents and is certainly noticeable as you walk around the building that each bedroom is different, personal and beautifully decorated. In addition, the corridors in the living quarters are decorated by stunning pieces of art work created by residents.
The bedrooms are light and airy and many have a view of the extensive grounds. Residents are able to move around the building as they wish and although accommodation is on 2 floors, there is a lift, making the whole building fully accessible. Many of the bedrooms have a telephone and Wi Fi access to the internet is available throughout the building. Residents have the option of purchasing a Sky package if they so wish. Call bells are positioned in each bedroom and each bathroom.

At The Woodlarks Centre we specialise in providing a very wide range of care services.
Whatever the level of care needed, we aim to ensure our residents are in comfortable surroundings, with others whose company they enjoy, and that they receive the most appropriate care for their needs.
We assess each resident’s requirements, and work with our residents, their family, friends and medical professionals to ensure everyone is confident with the care we provide. We consider the needs of each individual and plan their care according to those needs.
Most importantly, we are able to offer a continuity of care for changing conditions. At The Woodlarks Centre, regardless of the type of care you receive, you will have access to all our facilities and services.
This includes:
Fully trained staff on duty 24 hours a day
Bright, airy ensuite rooms with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside
A wide range of activities and entertainment programmes
Great food with a range of choices at each meal
Laundry and cleaning services
A visiting GP and access to all NHS facilities
An atmosphere of courtesy, kindness and empathy.
We offer a range of different types of residential care, including respite / short stay, or convalescent care at every level.
Activities are organised to encourage the staff to make the most of life at The Woodlarks Centre. This includes Reflexology, fishing, hairdressing and visits to local towns and beauty spots.

Woodlarks residents have the opportunity to sail at Frensham Ponds in state of the art boats. Skilled instructors provide one to one coaching in how to sail around the lake which provides a very safe location to learn the skills.
